Why guests keep coming back.
Adults-only, dog-friendly, and inside the Broads National Park. The things our guests notice most.
Quiet, by design.
Priory Farm is one of four adults-only sites on the southern Broads, and the only one with more than five pitches: a peaceful adults-only touring caravan and campervan site for couples and solo travellers aged 18 and over. We're situated on the edge of a working farm and animal sanctuary - a beautiful setting, but one that means children's overnight stays aren't possible.
The result: no shouting, no late-night noise, no 7am wake-up from the pitch next door. If you're searching for adults-only touring caravan sites in Norfolk or a quiet grown-ups' campsite inside the Broads National Park, this is it - just fresh air, birdsong, and a properly peaceful holiday.

"Spotless clean toilets and showers, with no queue for the facilities. Lovely countryside walks and 10% off food and drink at two venues nearby. The helpful owner was on site when we arrived. Would use again."

"What a wonderful site and so peaceful. A lovely campsite next to beautiful old Abbey ruins, with very modern and clean facilities. We had the all-you-can-eat breakfast, which we all agreed was fantastic value and good quality, with great staff serving."

"We had a fabulous week at Priory Farm. It's a lovely quiet site with a short dog walk our collies enjoyed. The spacious pitches meant that even with neighbours we never felt overlooked. The Bell across the road is a great pub. A definite 5 star experience, and we will be returning!"
