Park Rules

We hope your stay at Priory Farm will be enjoyable, so we ask you for your compliance with the park rules for your own safety and the safety and comfort of other guests around you:

Payment
Pitch fees are payable prior to arrival, via a credit card payment link only.

Arrival
The site is not manned full time. No guests or visitors under the age of 18 years may be admitted to the site.

Departure
Pitches must be vacated by 11am on the day of departure. Late departure may be available by prior arrangement with the owners.

Vehicles
One vehicle per pitch is permitted. Vehicles are only to be driven by persons holding a full driving license and valid insurance policy. A speed limit of 5mph, must be observed throughout the park. Anyone exceeding 5mph will be asked to leave their vehicle outside of the park.

Noise & Games
No loud music or rowdy behaviour is permitted at any time. Ball games and kite-flying is not permitted near to vans and pitches. Generators are not permitted unless by prior arrangement.

Drones
No flying of drones on this caravan park.

Dogs & Pets
Maximum of 2 dogs per caravan or group of other pets must be kept on short leads or tethered when not inside a caravan. Dogs are to be exercised on the park's dog walk to avoid fouling on the park. Please clean up after your pet. Dog waste bins are provided around the park. Please do not leave your dogs unattended on site at any time.

Awnings
Where permitted, are to be erected to the left of your pitch. No portable electric heaters to be used in awnings.

Fires & Barbecues
Open fires are prohibited anywhere on site. Barbecues are permitted but must be raised on bricks away from grass, plants, trees and other combustible materials.

Accidents & Insurances
Caravans and vehicles enter the park at the owner's risk. No responsibility is accepted for loss, damage or injury on the park, however caused. We strongly advise guests check that they have appropriate insurances for the period of their stay. All accidents or incidents on the park must be reported via email hello@prioryfarmleisure.co.uk to the park staff before your departure.

The proprietors reserve the right to refuse admission or ask any guest failing to comply with these rules to leave the park immediately without refund
